How does Semi-Private Training at NSS differ from Group Fitness classes?
Semi-Private Training
Get personalized attention with custom workouts designed to more intensely focus on specific training goals in an intimate setting, ideal for tracking individual progress. Limited to 4 participants, these sessions offer a focused, exclusive environment.
This format allows for more personalized attention and a workout plan that can be adjusted to fit the specific needs and goals of each participant. The focus is on detailed instruction, form correction, and progression.
The first two weeks of any Semi-Private Training memberships will be coached in 1:1 format with a personal trainer to ensure you're set up for success. We'll help you master form, build a solid foundation, and tailor the experience to your goals—so you can step into your semi-private sessions feeling strong and ready!
Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes are a hallmark of big box gyms and typically consist of classes where a large number of participants follow a structured workout led by an instructor. These sessions can range from yoga and dance to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and spin classes.
