You’ve probably heard the expression “you can’t out-exercise a bad diet”. Knowing WHAT to eat and HOW to make those choices daily will help you make smart nutritional choices to crush your goals.

I teamed up with Des to be my nutritional coach because I was tired of yo-yo dieting.  In my first month of working with her, I lost 6lbs of pure fat. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t stick to my “healthy eating” because it was too restrictive and I felt like I had to give up all my favourite things. That was the first idea she squashed. Des believes that food is meant to be enjoyed and life is meant to be lived. She helps me find ways to satisfy my sweet tooth while still hitting my macros; but I also still get to eat real popcorn and real Oreos almost every night. I am NEVER hungry - in fact, some days I struggle to eat everything I’m supposed to - which is the best problem. Although I’m eating at a deficit, I’ve never felt stronger and have even hit a couple of PRs in the gym because my nutritional needs are finally being met. The best decision I’ve ever made is teaming up with Des and I can’t wait to continue this journey with her.
